CRL Vienna Wall Mount Full Back Plate Hinge – V1E037 delivers a solution for wider, heavier doors that traditional hinges struggle to support. Designed with two strategically placed steel pins, it offers flexible mounting options for shower doors. The “mouse-ears” cut-outs secure the pins for added safety, allowing the hinge to function seamlessly with its corresponding CRL cut-out. Alternatively, you can remove the pins to accommodate CRL or certain competing rectangular and square-cornered cut-outs for enhanced adjustability.

The Vienna Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin, marked at 90 degrees on one side and 85 degrees on the other, with standard models set at 90 degrees. Pre-set models have the pin configured for an 85-degree closure for a tighter fit. Rotating the pin adjusts the angle without flipping it upside down.

For unique installations, custom pivot pins can be ordered to accommodate angles up to 45 degrees, perfect for situations where walls don’t meet doors at 90 degrees.

With two hinges, the Vienna Hinge supports up to 110 lbs. (50 kg) of 3/8″ to 1/2″ glass, with a maximum door width of 36″ (914 mm). Using three hinges, it supports up to 140 lbs. (63 kg) with the same door width.
