CRL Face Mount Melbourne Hinge with Cover Plate – MEL054 delivers a sleek, durable solution for frameless shower enclosures. Featuring oversized hinge plates, it provides increased clamping force and secure support for heavy glass doors. A simple rectangular cut-out allows for easy glass fabrication, and the included cover plate offers a clean, finished appearance by concealing hinge screws.

Crafted from forged solid brass, this hinge is designed for use with 1/2″, 3/8″, and 5/16″ (12, 10, and 8 mm) tempered safety glass. The Melbourne Series includes various wall-mount and glass-to-glass models, with replacement cover plates available. Choose from three popular stocked finishes, or request a custom finish to match your design.

Performance Capacity:

• Two hinges: Supports up to 100 lbs (45 kg) and 30″ (762 mm) max door width
• Three hinges: Supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg) and 34″ (864 mm) max door width
